A major disruption in air travel has swept across the United States on April 13, leaving thousands of passengers stranded as delays and cancellations continue to pile up at some of the country’s busiest airports.
According to the latest aviation data, more than 2,300 flights have been delayed and at least 55 flights canceled nationwide. The situation has created widespread frustration among travelers, many of whom are struggling to rebook flights or find alternative travel options.

Among these, Chicago O’Hare has emerged as the epicenter of the disruption, recording the highest number of delays and cancellations. However, the impact is not limited to major hubs — smaller regional airports such as Billings, Montana, have also reported unexpected flight issues.
